When storage is denied, Google Consent Mode may send limited, cookieless technical signals for aggregate measurement; message content is not sent to Google Analytics.
5. Service providers, transfers, and third parties
We may use necessary hosting, email, and technology providers acting under Prestige Events’ instructions. If you choose WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, that interaction is also governed by the platform’s policy. Some providers may process information outside Colombia under applicable contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
Inquiries that do not become a client relationship are kept only for reasonable follow-up and, as an operating rule, no longer than 24 months. Contract information may be retained for periods required by law or to address claims. Technical abuse-prevention records are kept briefly.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, or deletion; ask for evidence of consent; learn how information has been used; withdraw consent when applicable; and submit privacy questions or complaints. People covered by U.S. state privacy laws may also exercise applicable rights, including opt-out, limitation, and non-discrimination rights.
Email yulbreyner@prestigeevents.com.co with the subject “Privacy request,” your name, request, and a response channel. We may verify identity using information already provided without requesting excessive data.
8. Security and children
We use technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the information handled. No system is completely infallible. This website and our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Applicable framework and changes
This policy follows Colombia’s data protection framework, including Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations. Applicable U.S. state requirements will also be honored for covered residents and processing. Material changes will be posted before taking effect when required.
